Week Long Service Trips
- North Georgia Mission Lodge gives groups of volunteers the opportunity to live together in community for a week while going out into North Georgia communities to work with the local non-profit organizations improving their communities.
- The service projects are coordinated by the mission lodge to work with local non-profit organizations working towards a stronger community in the region.
- The week starts with a Sunday afternoon/evening arrival for dinner. It ends on Friday afternoon with the conclusion of that days’ activities.
- The cost is $325 per person per week including food. Lower-cost options for bringing your own food can be accommodated (email to [email protected] or call at (815) 980-7394 for information)
- The lodge can sleep up to 16 (14 in bunk beds (twin size), 2 in pull out twin beds). Participants supply their own bedding and towels.
- NGML provides a fully stocked kitchen for breakfast, preparing bag lunches, and dinners . Please let us know special dietary needs at least 2 weeks in advance of your visit. You will not go hungry at NGML; however, if your group likes to have particular snacks or gets hungry in between meal times, feel free to bring snack food.
- The Summer session starts with week 1 , June 2-7, 2025 and concludes with week 11, Aug. 25-30, 2025. To reserve your spot, please email [email protected] with your desired week, planned number of participants, including leaders, along with contact phone number(s) and email addresses. We’ll respond with a registration form to be completed and returned with deposit to hold your spot.
